1. What Spare does
Spare is a platform where individuals resell event tickets to each other. Spare itself does not sell tickets or organise events.
2. Selling
Only sell tickets that are yours, that are valid, and that you are not offering anywhere else. Your price can be at most 20% above the face value. You are responsible for following the organiser's terms.
3. Buying and fees
Buyers pay the seller's price plus a service fee of 8% (min. €1.50) per ticket. Sellers pay a seller fee of 5% (min. €1) per ticket, deducted from the payout. The sell form shows what you'll receive before you post.
4. Payment and payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe. The amount is held and paid out to the seller 48 hours after the night of the event, unless the buyer reports a problem before then.
5. Problems and refunds
If a ticket doesn't work, report it from your order before the payout. After review we refund the full amount. Sellers who list invalid or double-sold tickets are blocked and may be held liable.
